The Vanguard Quartermaster is a vendor at The Farm when you reach level 10. He sells gear that you purchase with Vanguard Marks (VM). Most gear requires a minimum guardian level. The table below attempts to list all requirements.
You probably do not want every piece of gear, especially if you also buy exotic gear from Xûr.
